Most items are shipped using USPS.  The shipping charge includes postage and packaging.  The shipper (USPS) is responsible for shipping time, delays and lost packages.  We will attempt to assist if possible but if you have a shipping issue we recommend contacting the shipper.

Because all of our products are made-to-order, and in order to expedite order production and shipping, you may contact us within 1 hour of order being placed if you would like to cancel your order.  After 1 hour your order will be submitted for production.

All items are made-to-order.  No returns or exchanges.

We are unable to correct issues older than 24 hours from your receipt of the order.  Please open packages immediately upon receipt.  If there is a quality issue with your order, please email us immediately with photos of the problem.  We will be happy to take care of it.

Due to the instantaneous nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. It’s not possible to cancel, return, or exchange. We want you to have the best experience, so if you run into any issues please don't hesitate to contact us.
